Due to increasing cost of operations, the Board of Directors voted at the June 19, 2024 board meeting to have a rate increase. The base fee will increase to $46.00, up $3.00, from $43.00 a month and the water usage fee will increase to $6.25 per 1,000 gallons, up .50¢, from $5.75 per 1,000 gallons. The new rates will be effective with the August 2024 water bill due September 10, 2024. Effective immediately, late charge fees will increase from $5.00 to $10.00 and returned check fees will increase from $25.00 to $35.00.
